Hey Tea, sorry for the wait. The three of us put our heads together to work out what kind of restrictions Vairë's abilities will have.
First: our standard set of Ainur restrictions for all Ainur:
Ainur are obviously crazy powerful beings, so we have to scale back a little bit. All Ainur have the following limits:
For using powers, there is an area limit of 10 square miles maximum for power distance. Powers displayed at this distance should be mild; a storm, a fog, a protection ring, temperature change, etc.
Ainur cannot alter geography (however special occasions can be arranged!)
Ainur cannot create new beings/objects/materials, however they can work with what already exists (Vairë specific example, she cannot create an entirely new substance for fabric, but she can work with cotton, silk, etc. )
Basically, you cannot directly affect the song. If you start to mess too much with the music, it might even be painful. (The music is very not happy right now.)

Limits specific to your character and your abilities listed. (numbers correspond to yours)
1 - Yes please, keep the body. If there's a serious injury that would normally mean death for someone else, discuss the incident with us and we'll work something out.
2. Again, she cannot create new materials, and she cannot directly affect the song. HOWEVER for Vairë specifically we'd allow anything related to "weaving" within reason. You can get creative with this - for example need to heal a wound? Weave the skin back together. Need to fix a roof? Weave the thatching back together, etc. Use a weaving/unraveling metaphor, and it's probably fair game.
3 - Unfortunately the song is so discordant and weird right now that she can't hear what's going on anymore. As for the past Vairë can only remember events in Arda, and only the Arda that she knew. (Not an AU version)
5 - Since she cannot directly affect the song, these items are pretty much moot.
4, 6 & 7 are A-okay!
