The general procedure is for you to list everything, and then we trim them back. There's a little leeway with Valar powers and personal headcanons, so that way you'll be sure to get everything that we allow. It's also good to generally have the information "on file" so to speak. Anything we need to nerf you can just put a strike through and/or write N/A next to it or something. You can also propose your own restrictions if you have an idea on how to limit something while still having the power in general.

For reference, we have a blanket set of restrictions which you can see on some of the previous Valar claims, such as this one or this one, where afterwards we go over limits specific to your character.

So my suggestion would be to take a little time to re-do that section to include everything in canon and in your headcanon. We got a bit of a late start this claims round, so if you think you'll need a little more time, (to the 17th or 18th, maybe) we can give you some extra there.
