First, you have an Animal Companion Co-claim, which is awesome. For formalities sake, I just have to remind you that he is considered another character to your total count. You would be able to use him independently and have an additional username if you wish.
Now some revisions which I hope won't be too painful. We ask everyone to write out all powers/abilities, and not just link them. You don't need to write them out word for word, but summarize what he can do. Something like "Cullen can do badass Templar stuff, which includes dispelling, and rad buffs for party members... etc."
On your Power Opt-in page, we'd also like you mention his ability to dispel magic specifically, just to draw attention to it.
