Edited my info page for the Foresight nixing, also added just under the first mention of Vilya the following, to answer your headcanon question! *Vilya- one of the three Elvish Rings of Power, is used to heal and preserve, but can also wield minor control over elements. Elrond uses it to augment his natural healing talents, but also to manipulate water and charm the Valley into being so protected and sheltered. [For game purposes Vilya's powers are decreased by 20% from full power.]
