I have updated both the Opt-In and the Opt-Out. I have also added the limitations and what they mean to Sauron specifically here.

~~Also, regarding the Dragon egg Manwë hatched, it was a foundling and not created. The Dragon is very small and he won't grow fast (or at all in the timespan of the game). Is that okay?~~
